• Qualification: For Retd. Employees: Ministerial Officers who retired as Typist-cum-Assistant available at district head quarters, or retired from service on attaining superannuation and not attained 65 years of age, with computer operation knowledge/qualification.; For Outsiders: Graduate from any recognized University and passed A.P. Government Technical Examination in English Typewriting by Higher Grade, with computer operation knowledge/qualification.
• Age limit: Completed the age of 18 years and must not have completed the age of 42 years (as on 31 October 2026)
• Age relaxation: SC 5, ST 5, BC 5

Other conditions:

• Must have knowledge or qualification in computer operation.
• Candidate must be of sound health, active habits and free from bodily defects or infirmity.
