CFSL Manager Eligibility Criteria
Educational qualifications and experience will be calculated as of 31 August 2026. Experience must be relevant post-qualification experience in the concerned functional area.
Qualifications must be obtained from an institute recognized or approved by the appropriate government body, AICTE or UGC. Correspondence and part-time courses are not eligible.

The final CTC will depend on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications and current salary, subject to a maximum annual CTC of Rs.10.20 lakh.

Contract Period and Benefits
- The initial contractual appointment will be for three years from the date of joining.
- The contract may subsequently be renewed on a year-to-year basis.
- Renewal will depend on performance, conduct, integrity, suitability and the company’s requirements.
- The appointment may continue up to the age of 60 years, subject to the applicable conditions.
- Completion of two years of contractual service does not create an automatic right to regularization.
Eligible appointees may receive benefits such as Provident Fund, gratuity, medical benefits, local travelling allowance, meal coupon allowance, leave facilities and leave encashment under the applicable CFSL rules.

Selection Process
The CFSL selection process consists of the following stages:
- Shortlisting of eligible applications
- Personal interview
- Overall assessment of experience, suitability and current emoluments
Shortlisting
A company-appointed committee will determine the shortlisting parameters. Meeting the minimum qualification and experience requirements does not automatically guarantee an interview call.
Interview
The interview will carry 100 marks. CFSL will determine the qualifying marks. No travel or other expenses will be reimbursed for attending the interview.
Final Selection
Final selection will be based on interview performance and the overall assessment of the candidate’s experience and suitability.
