HPCL Turnaround Consultant Salary and Compensation
मंथली फीस उम्मीदवार के अंतिम Basic + DA salary से ज्यादा नहीं होगी, Annuity (15 years certain & life thereafter) एडजस्ट करने के बाद। इसके अलावा conveyance और mobile खर्च reimbursement होगा। कोई अन्य allowance या benefit नहीं मिलेगा। TDS applicable होगा।
Work Pattern
चयनित consultants को General Shift या Rotational Shift (8 या 12 घंटे) पर काम करना होगा, जैसा Turnaround In-Charge बताएंगे।
Other Terms and Conditions
- Appointment short-term contract के रूप में होगा, जिसमें termination clause होगा।
- कोई अतिरिक्त facility, allowance या compensation नहीं मिलेगा।
- Ex-employees confidentiality clause को मानेंगे।
- Engagement 3 महीने का होगा, और उम्र 65 साल से कम होनी चाहिए contract के दौरान।
- Contract को 30 दिन के नोटिस पर terminate किया जा सकता है।
