Qualification
Eligible candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (B.V.Sc & A.H.) from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification as defined under the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984. Registration with the Uttarakhand Veterinary Council is mandatory. The educational qualification will be verified based on the marksheet issuing or result declaration date. Preference will be given to candidates with postgraduate degrees/diplomas in veterinary sciences, Territorial Army service, or NCC certificates ‘B’/’C’. Citizenship criteria include Indian citizens, Tibetan refugees before 1962, or persons of Indian origin from specified countries intending permanent settlement in India.

Applicants must be between 21 and 42 years of age as on 1 July 2026. Candidates should be born between 2 July 1984 and 1 July 2005. Selection Process
