• Conduct at least 32 yoga sessions of one hour each in a month, as per the schedule prepared by the Medical Officer of the AYUSH Arogya Vardhini Kendra.
• Of the 32 sessions, hold 20 at the AYUSH Arogya Vardhini Kendra and the remaining 12 in the field area (schools, ashram schools, colleges, gram panchayats, women’s self-help groups, senior citizens’ associations and other government/semi-government institutions).
• Train ASHAs, female health workers, male health workers and other staff in yoga and build their capacity.
• Help the Medical Officer, ASHAs and health workers organise awareness campaigns.
• Prepare yoga-related records regularly and help with the monthly report; help ASHAs and female health workers supervise yoga activities in the field.
• Organise at least two large-scale community-level yoga awareness campaigns in the field area in a year.
• Ensure that a large number of citizens attend the yoga sessions.
