RMLIMS has announced a total of 74 vacancies for six non-teaching posts under Group B, C and D. The posts are divided as follows:

Horizontal reservation for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) is provided with 1 post each in Receptionist, Stenographer, and Hospital Attendant Gr-II categories. The number of vacancies may increase or decrease as per Institute’s discretion.

Qualification

Post-wise qualifications and experience required for RMLIMS Recruitment 2026 are as follows:

Age Limit

For all posts, candidates must be between 18 and 40 years as on the last date of online application.

• SC/ST/OBC and other eligible categories of Uttar Pradesh: Age relaxation up to 5 years as per Government Orders
• Permanent govt employees with 3+ years of service: 5 years relaxation
• Physically handicapped (General category): 5 years for Group B, 10 years for Group C
• Physically handicapped (OBC/SC/ST): 10 years for Group B, 15 years for Group C
• Ex-servicemen and dependents of Freedom Fighters: relaxation as per Government of India
• Age relaxation only for Uttar Pradesh domicile candidates; others eligible only for Unreserved vacancies

Selection Process

Selection is through a two-stage Computer Based Test (CBT) held bilingually (Hindi & English), with a Skill Test for Stenographer post.

• Screening Examination: Qualifying only, used to shortlist 10 times the advertised posts (category-wise) for Main Exam. Marks not carried forward.
• Main Examination: Final selection based on marks obtained. Exam is category-wise merit-based.
• Exam Pattern: Both exams carry 100 marks, 2 hours duration, MCQ type. 60 marks subject-related, 10 marks each for General English, General Knowledge, Reasoning, and Mathematical Aptitude.
• Negative Marking: 1 mark for correct, 0.25 mark deducted for wrong answers.
• Qualifying Marks: 50% for UR/EWS; 40% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD.
• Skill Test (Stenographer): Conducted after Main Exam, includes stenography/typing in English or Hindi. Candidates shortlisted 5 times the posts. It is qualifying in nature; marks not counted in final merit.
