Posts and Eligibility

There is one position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF)/project staff. It is under the project “Design and Development of Pulsed Electric Field based Non thermal Food Processing System”, sponsored by ANRF, New Delhi. The project duration is 2 years (01/12/2026 to 02/12/2028).

Essential qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering/ Power Electronics/ High Voltage Engg/system engineering or relevant specialization. The candidate must have been selected through one of the following processes:

• Scholars who are selected through GATE and National Eligibility Tests-CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship).
• The selection process through National level examinations conducted by MoE and its Agencies and Institutions such as UGC/IIT/IISc./IISER/IIIT etc.

Preference: Preference will be given to GATE candidates.

Desirable: Software skill in Electrical, Power Electronics and Multiphysics software.

What Happens on the Day

Candidates report at 11:00 AM on 16 November 2026, and their documents are checked first. After document verification, only eligible candidates will be permitted to appear in the interview. Candidates should make sure they are eligible for the position before they come for the interview.
