BRIC-National Institute of Plant Genome Research (NIPGR) will hold a walk-in interview on Monday, 16 November 2026 at 11:00 am, with registration from 10.00 am to 11.00 am. The venue is BRIC-National Institute of Plant Genome Research (NIPGR), Aruna Asaf Ali Marg, New Delhi-110067. One Yoga and Pranayam Instructor (Rs 25000 a month) and one Aerobic Instructor (Rs 20000 a month) will be engaged on a purely temporary basis.

About NIPGR

BRIC-National Institute of Plant Genome Research (BRIC-NIPGR) is a research institute located at Aruna Asaf Ali Marg, New Delhi-110067. The two instructors will teach and train Yoga and Aerobics to the institute’s staff, students and families, and the institute will provide the space and other infrastructural facilities for the classes.

Posts and Eligibility

योग प्रशिक्षक के लिए योग में स्नातक या डिप्लोमा और कम से कम पांच साल का अनुभव जरूरी है, जबकि एरोबिक्स प्रशिक्षक के लिए प्रमाणित ज़ुम्बा या फिटनेस प्रशिक्षक होना चाहिए। दोनों पदों के लिए अलग वेतन निर्धारित है।

Yoga and Pranayam Instructor

• Essential qualification: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Yoga from a recognized institution.
• Experience: at least five years of relevant experience after attaining the minimum qualification at a reputed/established organization.
• Preference: may be given to candidates possessing higher qualifications and/or NET or equivalent qualification.
• Pay: Rs 25000 monthly remuneration.

योग प्रशिक्षक पद के लिए योग में डिग्री या डिप्लोमा जरूरी है, साथ ही कम से कम पांच साल का अनुभव। बेहतर योग्यता या NET क्वालिफिकेशन वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता मिल सकती है। वेतन मासिक 25000 रुपये है।

Aerobic Instructor

• Essential qualification: the candidate should be a professionally trained/certified Zumba/Fitness instructor or coach with appropriate certification.
• Experience: relevant experience in conducting group fitness classes at reputed/established organizations.
• Pay: Rs 20000 monthly remuneration.

एरोबिक्स प्रशिक्षक पद के लिए उम्मीदवार के पास ज़ुम्बा या फिटनेस कोचिंग का प्रमाणपत्र और समूह फिटनेस क्लास का अनुभव होना आवश्यक है। मासिक वेतन 20000 रुपये है।

Age Limit

For both posts, the age of the candidate should be below 55 years at the time of appointment. The notice does not mention any age relaxation.

NIPGR Recruitment 2026 Job Description

The notice gives one description of the role for both instructors:

• The role and liabilities of the instructor include teaching and training Yoga and Aerobics to staff, students and families.
• Yoga classes: four times a week, preferably from 6 pm to 7 pm.
• Aerobics classes: 2 times a week, preferably from 6 pm to 7 pm.
• The institute will provide space and other infrastructural facilities for holding the Yoga and Aerobic classes.
• Any other requirements for holding the classes are to be borne by the instructors.

प्रशिक्षकों को संस्थान के कर्मचारियों, छात्रों और उनके परिवारों को योग और एरोबिक्स सिखाना होगा। योग की कक्षाएं सप्ताह में चार बार और एरोबिक्स की कक्षाएं दो बार शाम 6 से 7 बजे के बीच होंगी। कक्षा के लिए जगह संस्थान देगा, पर अन्य आवश्यकताएं प्रशिक्षकों को स्वयं पूरी करनी होंगी।

What Happens on the Day

1. Report at BRIC-NIPGR, Aruna Asaf Ali Marg, New Delhi-110067 on 16 November 2026.
2. Register between 10.00 am and 11.00 am and submit the duly filled application form at registration.
3. Candidates reporting after 11.00 am will not be entertained for the walk-in interview.
4. The walk-in interview begins at 11:00 am. Ineligible candidates will not be interviewed, so candidates must ascertain their eligibility before applying.

इंटरव्यू के दिन उम्मीदवारों को सुबह 10 से 11 बजे के बीच पंजीकरण कराना होगा। 11 बजे के बाद आने वाले उम्मीदवारों को इंटरव्यू में नहीं लिया जाएगा। केवल योग्य उम्मीदवारों का ही इंटरव्यू होगा, इसलिए आवेदन से पहले पात्रता जांच आवश्यक है।

Important Instructions

• The appointment is temporary and initially for six months from the date of joining; it may be extended or curtailed on periodic assessment of work.
• During the employment, the engagement can be terminated at any time without assigning any reason and without any compensation, by giving one month’s notice on either side.
• Only a hard copy of the application in the given format will be accepted.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
• Canvassing in any form or bringing influence, political or otherwise, will lead to disqualification.
