Medical Education Department, Government of Maharashtra has announced 5 contract vacancies for Senior Grade Stenographer, Section Officer, and Assistant Section Officer posts. Eligible retired government servants can apply offline by post or in person to the Establishment, Medical Education Department, Gokuldas Tejpal Hospital Complex Building, 9th Floor, New Mantralaya, with the last date for submission being 5 November 2026. Applicants must meet the post-wise qualification requirement of being a retired government servant with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the respective post. The monthly honorarium and allowances will be fixed as per the GAD Government Resolution dated 10 June 2025.

Senior Stenographer

• Eligibility: Retired government personnel having a minimum of 3 years of work experience on the post of Senior Stenographer (Higher Grade Stenographer). Must possess practical experience in Marathi and English shorthand dictation, planning officers’ daily diaries, meetings, and tour schedules, as well as maintaining official files and dak.
• Desirable / Preference: Preference will be given to candidates with computer proficiency, typing knowledge, administrative aptitude, and experience in handling technical tasks.
• Age Limit: 58 to 65 years.

उच्चश्रेणी लघुलेखक के पद के लिए उम्मीदवार के पास मराठी और अंग्रेजी शॉर्टहैंड में अनुभव होना चाहिए और उन्हें प्रशासनिक व तकनीकी कौशल का भी ज्ञान होना वांछनीय है। उम्र सीमा 58 से 65 वर्ष है।

Section Officer

• Eligibility: Retired government personnel having a minimum of 3 years of work experience on the post of Section Officer. Must possess practical experience in handling budget-related matters, establishment matters, and court cases.
• Desirable / Preference: Preference will be given to candidates possessing computer knowledge, typing skills, administrative aptitude, and technical work experience.
• Age Limit: 58 to 65 years.

कक्ष अधिकारी के पद के लिए उम्मीदवार को बजट, स्थापना, और कानूनी मामलों में काम करने का कम से कम 3 साल का अनुभव होना चाहिए। कंप्यूटर और प्रशासनिक कौशल को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।

Assistant Section Officer

Important Instructions
