• Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with academic leaders, faculty, students and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage training schedules, events, logistics, budgets, documentation and reporting.
• Familiarity with the semiconductor/microelectronics ecosystem, or prior experience in managing skill-development, training, or capacity-building programs, will be an added advantage.
