Intelligent Communication Systems India Ltd. (ICSIL) is based at the Administrative Building, 1st Floor, Above Post Office, Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase-III, New Delhi-110 020. Through this advertisement it is inviting walk-in candidates to be deployed in Delhi State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited (DSCSC), Delhi, on a contractual outsourced basis.

Posts and Eligibility

The notice asks applicants to go through the eligibility criteria carefully and ascertain their own eligibility. Shortlisting is based on scrutiny of documents of age, qualification, experience and so on. The notice does not state an experience requirement for either post.

What to Bring

• Proof of payment of the one time registration fee of Rs. 590/-, printed out from the manage profile. The notice calls this mandatory at the time of the walk-in interview.
• Original documents in respect of DOB, qualification and experience as per the eligibility criteria. Without them candidates will not be allowed to appear in the interview/interaction.
• 1 set of photocopies of all relevant documents.
• 2 photographs.
• Evidence of a name change, if the name was changed after Class 10th.

What Happens on the Day

The shortlisting of candidates for the panel is based on scrutiny of documents of age, qualification, experience and so on, as found eligible as per the prescribed criteria, and on the subsequent interaction/interview of the candidate with the department. The notice also states that the selection may include a personal interview/skill test, or a written test, depending on the position. Finally selected candidates are considered by the department for deployment on a purely contractual/outsourced basis for a fixed period, or till expiry of contract, or till regular incumbents join the posts.

The decision of the interview panel/committee is final and binding. Mere appearance in the walk-in interview does not guarantee selection.

इंटरव्यू के दिन दस्तावेजों की जांच के बाद उम्मीदवारों का इंटरव्यू या टेस्ट होगा। चयन का निर्णय पैनल का अंतिम होगा और केवल इंटरव्यू में शामिल होना चयन की गारंटी नहीं है। चुने गए उम्मीदवारों को कांट्रैक्ट के तहत नियुक्त किया जाएगा।

Terms of Engagement

• The engagement is purely on a contractual/temporary basis for a fixed period. It gives no claim to regular appointment in the organisation.
• Selected candidates will be engaged under a specific project/scheme as per departmental requirements. Statutory compliances apply as per the laws of the land.
• The place of deployment will be anywhere in Delhi/NCR. Candidates may work in shift(s)/rotational basis as per departmental requirement. ICSIL pays no extra conveyance.
• Fifteen (15) days salary is deducted from the selected candidate as security, in two parts: 50% in the first month and 50% in the second month.
• The security is refunded with savings bank interest as applicable, after a No Dues certificate is received from the client department and the contractual liabilities with ICSIL are completed as per the appointment letter.

Important Instructions

• Make the OTR fee payment one day before the walk-in interview. Otherwise ICSIL will not be responsible for late receipt/update of the OTR fee.
• The details in the application form must be the same as in the Class 10th Certificate, PAN Card and Aadhar Card.
• No TA/DA is provided to candidates for appearing for the interaction/documents verification.
• ICSIL does not guarantee deployment of all shortlisted candidates.
• Canvassing in any form disqualifies the candidate. This includes seeking recommendations or lobbying through intermediaries. It may also affect eligibility for future opportunities with the organisation.
• Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected. Fake or misleading documents or information make the candidature liable to be rejected.
• ICSIL may accept or reject applications without assigning any reason, and may withdraw the advertisement at any time without notice.
• Misconduct or indiscipline may result in disqualification. Candidates must keep watching the ICSIL website for any corrigendum/notification.
