For both posts, you must be ready to work in shifts: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

सुपरवाइजर को 24,356 रुपये और रूम अटेंडेंट को 18,456 रुपये प्रति माह वेतन मिलेगा, जो दिल्ली सरकार के न्यूनतम वेतन के अनुसार है। दोनों पदों पर शिफ्ट में काम करना होगा, सुबह 6 बजे से दोपहर 2 बजे तक या दोपहर 2 बजे से रात 10 बजे तक।

ICSIL Room Attendant and Supervisor Eligibility 2026

Supervisor (preference): Preference goes to candidates with a graduation in Hotel/Hospitality Management, or with 5 (five) years or more of experience in a supervisory role in the hotel/hospitality industry.

The details you give in the application form must match your Class 10th certificate, PAN Card and Aadhar Card. If you changed your name after Class 10th, bring proof of the change to the interaction and document verification.

सुपरवाइजर पद के लिए उम्र 25 से 40 वर्ष और स्नातक होना जरूरी है, साथ ही कंप्यूटर और संचार कौशल अच्छे होने चाहिए। होटल या हॉस्पिटैलिटी मैनेजमेंट में डिग्री या 5 वर्ष से ज्यादा सुपरवाइजरी अनुभव वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता मिलेगी। रूम अटेंडेंट पद के लिए 21 से 35 वर्ष की उम्र, मैट्रिक और कम से कम 1 वर्ष का अनुभव आवश्यक है। आवेदन में दी गई जानकारी आपके दसवीं, पैन और आधार कार्ड से मेल खानी चाहिए।

Application Fee

Every candidate pays a One Time Registration (OTR) fee of Rs. 590/- on the ICSIL website. The fee is non-refundable. ICSIL asks applicants to pay it one day before the walk-in interview and will not be responsible if a late payment is not received or updated in time.

Important Dates

Selection Process

1. Shortlisting: ICSIL checks your documents for age, qualification, experience and other criteria.
2. Interaction/interview with the department for the candidates found eligible.

Depending on the post, selection may also include a personal interview, a skill test or a written test. The decision of the interview panel or committee is final and binding. Attending the walk-in does not guarantee selection, and ICSIL does not guarantee that every shortlisted candidate will be deployed.

Service Conditions

• The job is purely contractual/outsourced. It lasts for a fixed period, until the contract ends, or until regular staff join the posts. The contract is valid initially up to 28 December 2026.
• The job does not give any claim to a regular appointment. Selected candidates will be engaged under a specific project or scheme as the department requires, and statutory compliances will apply.
• You can be deployed anywhere in Delhi/NCR and may work in shifts or on a rotational basis. ICSIL pays no extra conveyance.
• Fifteen (15) days’ salary is deducted as security: 50% in the first month and 50% in the second. It is refunded with savings bank interest after the client department issues a No Dues certificate and you complete your contractual obligations with ICSIL under the appointment letter.

2. Pay the OTR fee of Rs. 590/- one day before the walk-in interview.
3. Print the proof of fee payment from your “manage profile” page.
