Department-wise Vacancies

The notice gives 66 vacancies across two posts. It does not break them up by department. The notice calls these vacancies provisional: they may increase or decrease depending upon the actual requirement of the Institution.

Qualification and Experience

Demonstrator

To apply for the post of Demonstrator, a candidate must have a valid MSc Degree and PhD in the same subject, i.e., Anatomy, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Physiology, and Microbiology, as per NMC Norms.

Other Eligibility Conditions

• Candidates must fulfil all prescribed educational qualifications and other eligibility conditions as on the prescribed date.

• Candidates can tick Junior Resident, Tutor/Demonstrator or Both in the “Post Applied for” box of the application form.

Age Limit and Relaxation

Pay and Terms

The notice does not print an amount or list the individual allowances.

Contract Terms

• The opening paragraph of the notice gives an initial period of 01 (one) year. This is extendable by up to 02 (two) additional years, subject to satisfactory performance, availability of the post and other terms. The maximum tenure is 03 (three) years, or until the joining of the Bonded Junior Resident, whichever is earlier.
• The “Terms of Contract” section gives an initial tenure of 01 (one) year, extendable by up to 01 (one) additional year.
• The engagement is liable to termination when the Bonded Junior Resident designated as Tutor or as Demonstrator joins. It can also end under ESIC Headquarters guidelines, whichever is earlier.
• The engagement is purely temporary. An extension does not give any right or claim to regular appointment in ESIC.
• The engagement is subject to the rules, instructions and guidelines of ESIC Headquarters/Government of India issued from time to time.
• Private practice of any kind is not permitted after joining ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Faridabad.
• Either side may end the engagement with one month’s notice, in accordance with the terms and conditions of appointment.

Security Deposit

Candidates finally selected as Junior Resident/Tutor/Demonstrator must submit a demand draft of Rs. 20,000/- at the time of joining as a security deposit. The draft must be in favour of ESI Fund Account No. 1, payable at Faridabad. The deposit is refunded only if the candidate serves at least six months after joining. If the candidate resigns within six months of joining, the deposit will be forfeited and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Application Fee

• The Application/Interview Fee is paid by Demand Draft in favour of ESI Fund Account No. 1, Payable at Faridabad.
• Candidates applying by email must write the Demand Draft number, date, amount and issuing bank in the Application Form. They must also attach a clear scanned copy of the Demand Draft.
• Candidates must produce the original Demand Draft at Document Verification/Interview, as specified in the subsequent notice.
• Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Selection Process

The notice describes these stages: scrutiny of applications, then Document Verification, then a Written Test. ESIC will notify on its website whether the Written Test is required. Document Verification will preferably be held on the same day as the candidate’s written test, so that candidates do not have to visit the institute more than once.

Scrutiny of Applications

After the last date, a designated committee/authority will scrutinise all applications for educational qualifications, age, registration, reservation and other eligibility conditions. Every candidature remains subject to detailed verification of eligibility and original documents.

Document Verification

The date, time and venue will be notified separately on the official ESIC website. Only candidates who meet the eligibility conditions and whose documents are found satisfactory will be allowed into the next stage of selection.

Written Test

Whether a Written Test is needed will be decided by the number of eligible applications for each post compared with the vacancies advertised for that post. ESIC will notify the date, time, venue and other details on its website. The syllabus is based on the MBBS curriculum, and the qualifying criteria is 50% marks in the written examination.

The list of selected candidates will be notified on the ESIC website through a separate notice and also sent by mail to the candidates concerned.

How to Apply for ESIC Faridabad Recruitment 2026

Applications are accepted in both online (email) and offline mode from 3 November 2026 to 13 November 2026.

1. Fill in the Application Form in the prescribed format at Annexure-I and sign it.
2. Attach clear and legible self-attested copies of all supporting documents. For fee-paying candidates, this includes the Demand Draft details or a copy of the Demand Draft.
3. Online mode: email the application to [email protected]. The form and all documents should preferably be in one consolidated PDF file.
4. Name the PDF file with your name followed by your mobile number. For example, Rahul with mobile number 9845322*** would name the file Rahul9845322***.
5. Use this email subject line where possible: “Application for the post of _ [Name of Candidate]”.
6. Offline mode: submit the application in Room No.9, Academic Block, ESIC MC&H, Faridabad.
7. Make sure the complete application is received by 13 November 2026.

Applications received after 13.11.2026, or applications that are incomplete, unsigned or missing the required documents, are liable to be rejected.

The Annexure-I form asks for:

• Personal details: name in block letters, father’s/husband’s name, date of birth, age, gender, nationality, PAN and Aadhaar number.
• Permanent address.
• Contact details: mobile, alternate mobile and email.
• Educational qualifications, latest first.
• Professional experience, latest first.
• A list of documents enclosed.
• A recent passport-size self-attested photograph affixed on the form.
• A signed declaration.
