Selection Process
चयन प्रक्रिया में उम्मीदवार के शैक्षणिक योग्यता और इंटरव्यू में प्रदर्शन को ध्यान में रखा जाएगा।
- Selection is based on academic credentials and interview performance before the Selection Board.
- Result will be displayed on the official website's recruitment section (www.esic.gov.in).

- Selected candidates must join as per instructions; failure to join will result in offer being given to waitlisted candidates.
Terms of Contract:
- Contract is for 1 year, extendable up to 3 years based on performance or until age 68, whichever is earlier.
- One month's prior notice required for termination; spot resignation requires one month’s salary deposit.
- No benefits like PF, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Allowance, Seniority, or Promotion will be provided.
- Absence beyond 7 days without permission will lead to termination.
- Attendance via manual and Aadhaar Enabled Biometric Attendance System (AEBAS) is mandatory.
- No private practice allowed after joining.
