- Graduate with 50% marks from a recognized Institution/University.
- For Fresh Teachers Appt: Diploma of minimum two year duration in Nursery Teacher Education/ Pre-School Education/ Early Childhood Education Programme (D.E.C.Ed) or a B Ed (Nursery) from any NCTE recognized institution.
- For Teachers in Service: Nursery Teachers Training Course (NTT) or ECCE qualification obtained from IGNOU/NIOS/any other NCTE recognized institution.
- Age as on 01 Apr 2026: Fresh Candidates – Not less than 25 years & below 40 years. Experienced candidates – Upto 55 years (Minimum 5 years teaching experience in the last 10 years in Pre-Primary Classes).

- 5 years’ experience as a clerk or an accounts clerk in a reputed organization; preferably a school.
- Experienced candidates: Below 55 years.

- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Accountant Clerk in Defence Services/reputed organization.
