• Assist in the effective implementation of the Government of India Official Language Policy in the Institute.
• Prepare Hindi quarterly progress reports of the Institute.
• Translate the Institute’s annual report and other documents into Hindi.
• Prepare reports and necessary details regarding the inspection questionnaire of the Parliamentary Committee on Official Language.
• Translate various forms, circulars, manuals, articles, office orders, letters, and other documents from Hindi to English and English to Hindi.
• Prepare official correspondence, office orders, office notes, and drafts on computer in Hindi.
• Provide assistance to the Institute’s Hindi Committee in activities relating to Official Language implementation.
• Assist the In-charge Rajbhasha Officer in the implementation of the Official Language Policy and related official work.
• Assist in organising Hindi workshops, training programmes, and events such as Hindi Pakhwada.
• Assist in the compliance of work and recommendations related to the Town Official Language Implementation Committee (TOLIC / नराकास).
• Perform any other related tasks assigned by the competent authority from time to time.
