The Institute of Agricultural Sciences, Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi, invites applications for 4 temporary posts of Young Professional-I and Young Professional-II across research projects funded by the U.P. Council of Agricultural Research, Lucknow, for a period of 03 years. The posts offer a consolidated monthly fellowship of Rs. 30,000 for Young Professional-I (requiring a 4-year B.Sc. Ag.) and Rs. 42,000 for Young Professional-II (requiring an M.Tech or PG degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, or related disciplines). Who Can Apply

Pay and Tenure

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly salary/fellowship as prescribed below:

How to Apply for BHU Recruitment 2026

1. Prepare an application on plain paper giving Name, Permanent and correspondence Address, Name of Father and Mother, Telephone no., and e-mail address.
2. Include complete details of your educational career starting from High School or equivalent examination.
3. Attach attested copies of all mark-sheets and certificates.
4. Enclose details of any research or other relevant experience, if applicable.
5. Send a soft copy of the completed application along with attachments to the respective Principal Investigator’s email address on or before the date of interview.
