यह जानकारी बताती है कि जम्मू और कश्मीर सेवा चयन बोर्ड (JKSSB) ने स्वास्थ्य और चिकित्सा शिक्षा विभाग के तहत विभिन्न पदों के लिए दस्तावेज सत्यापन की प्रक्रिया शुरू की है। जिन उम्मीदवारों का नाम अधिसूचना में है, उन्हें 18 सितंबर 2026 को अपने मूल दस्तावेजों के साथ उपस्थित होना होगा। यह दस्तावेज सत्यापन लिखित परीक्षा के परिणाम के बाद किया जा रहा है।

Documents Required for JKSSB Document Verification

Candidates must carry the following documents/certificates in original, along with one set of self-attested photocopies, at the time of document verification:

1. Copy of Application Form
2. Two recent passport-size colour photographs
3. One original photo ID proof (Aadhaar Card / Voter Card / PAN Card / Passport, etc.)
4. Date of Birth Certificate (10th Class Diploma/Marks Card)
5. Valid Category Certificate, if belonging to a reserved category
6. Domicile Certificate
7. 10+2 Marks Sheet/Diploma
8. Qualification/Certificates prescribed for the post, as mentioned in the relevant Advertisement Notification
9. Equivalence Certificate from the concerned authority, if claiming an equivalent educational qualification
10. Bonafide Certificate (on the Board’s prescribed format), issued by the Controller/Registrar of the concerned University/Institute/Board, for candidates who obtained their qualification from outside the UT of J&K
11. Certificate in Form XIV (for Ex-Servicemen candidates), along with a notarized affidavit confirming the ESM category benefit has not been availed earlier
12. Any other certificate required as part of eligibility for the specific post
13. Checklist Sheet/Form (Annexure “X”) to be submitted at the time of DV

Important Instructions for Candidates

• Candidates must appear physically before the designated Document Verification Committee on the scheduled date and time.
• Candidates who fail to appear before the respective Document Verification Committee on the scheduled date shall forfeit their right to selection.
• All documents must be produced in original along with one set of self-attested photocopies.
• Candidates claiming an equivalent educational qualification must produce the relevant Equivalence Certificate; the Board will take an appropriate decision based on applicable norms.
