- लिखित परीक्षा: कंप्यूटर आधारित परीक्षा (CBT) जिसमें Paper I और Paper II शामिल हैं। Paper I में Part A (तमिल पात्रता), Part B (सामान्य अध्ययन), Part C (मानसिक योग्यता) हैं। Paper II संबंधित पद का विषय होगा। अंग्रेजी और तमिल रिपोर्टर के लिए Paper II स्टेनोग्राफी का होगा।
- मिनिमम क्वालिफाइंग मार्क्स: Paper I के Part A में कम से कम 40% (60 अंक) लाना अनिवार्य है, तभी Part B, Part C और Paper II का मूल्यांकन होगा।
- ऑनस्क्रीन सर्टिफिकेट वेरिफिकेशन: लिखित परीक्षा के बाद स्क्रीनिंग के लिए। उम्मीदवारों का चयन पद के अनुसार 1:3/1:4 या 1:10 के अनुपात में होगा।
- फिजिकल सर्टिफिकेट वेरिफिकेशन और इंटरव्यू: अंतिम चयन के लिए।
- इंटरव्यू: उम्मीदवार के व्यक्तित्व, तकनीकी ज्ञान, सामान्य ज्ञान और योग्यता की जांच।
- अंतिम मेरिट लिस्ट: Paper I (Part B & C), Paper II और इंटरव्यू के कुल 510 अंकों के आधार पर। आरक्षण नियम लागू।

- यदि पहले से One Time Registration (OTR) नहीं किया है, तो Rs. 150 का शुल्क देकर OTR पूरा करें। OTR के लिए पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो (20–50 KB) और हस्ताक्षर (10–20 KB) स्कैन करके तैयार रखें।
- अगर पहले से OTR है, तो सीधे लॉगिन करें।
- Combined Technical Services Examination (Interview Posts) के लिए आवेदन फॉर्म भरें।
- अपने पद के अनुरूप विषय पत्रों का चयन करें।
- आवश्यक दस्तावेज अपलोड करें और हर विषय पत्र के लिए Rs. 200 शुल्क ऑनलाइन (नेट बैंकिंग, क्रेडिट/डेबिट कार्ड, UPI) से जमा करें।
