यह भर्ती 20 अस्थायी पदों के लिए है जो पूरी तरह से योजना के साथ समाप्त होने तक ही लागू होंगे। आवेदन केवल ऑफलाइन मोड से स्वीकार किए जाएंगे और अंतिम तिथि 6 नवंबर 2026 है।

Qualification and Experience

Pay and Terms

The above positions are purely temporary and co-terminus with the scheme. Selection will be made as per office order no 3418 dated 12.03.2018 of Mission Director, NHM, Odisha.

ये पद अस्थायी हैं और योजना के समाप्त होने तक ही रहेंगे। चयन NHM मिशन निदेशक के आदेश के अनुसार होगा।

How to Apply for ZSS Subarnapur Recruitment 2026

1. Log on to https://subarnapur.odisha.gov.in for detail terms, condition & application forms.
2. Fill out the application form with personal, educational, and NHM employment details.
3. Enclose self-attested photocopies of all required educational certificates, identity proof, appointment order, and contract renewal proof.
4. Obtain and attach the No Objection Certificate cum Experience Certificate from the concerned CDM & PHO / appointing authority.
5. Place the completed form and enclosures inside an envelope and superscribe as “Application for the post of [Name of the post] & Category of application ‘In House Candidate'”.
6. Send the application via Regd. Post/Speed Post/courier only to the O/o CDM&PHO, Subarnapur, PIN-767017.
7. Ensure the application reaches the office on or before 06.11.2026 by (05.00 P.M).

• Caste certificate (if SC, ST, or OBC is claimed, by attaching caste certificate)
• Experience Certificate, No objection certificate from, Proof of last contract renewal / copy of agreement from concerned appointing authority
