यह परीक्षा यूपी पब्लिक सर्विस कमीशन द्वारा आयोजित की जाती है जिसमें 501 पदों के लिए समीक्षा अधिकारी और सहायक समीक्षा अधिकारी के पदों पर भर्ती होती है। प्रारंभिक परीक्षा में सामान्य अध्ययन और सामान्य हिंदी के 200 प्रश्न होते हैं, जिनका मूल्य 200 अंक है और समय 3 घंटे है। मुख्य परीक्षा में हिंदी सहित विभिन्न विषयों के 400 अंक होते हैं। गलत उत्तर पर 1/3 अंक की कटौती होती है।

UPPSC RO ARO Prelims Exam Pattern 2026

The Preliminary Examination is an objective-type examination consisting of General Studies and General Hindi sections. The revised pattern contains one paper with 200 questions carrying 200 marks. Candidates have 3 hours to complete the examination.

Exam Duration: 3 Hours

Marking Scheme: Each correct answer carries 1 mark. One-third of the marks assigned to a question will be deducted for an incorrect answer. Unattempted questions do not attract negative marking.

Paper 1: General Studies
