“Tribhuvan” Sahkari University (TSU) is a university in Anand, Gujarat. The advertisement describes it as an Institution of National Importance under the Ministry of Cooperation, Government of India. Pay and Tenure

The Executive in the Project Management Unit gets a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 50,000 per month, all-inclusive and fixed. The pay is subject to the terms the University communicates. The position is purely contractual, and the engagement lasts 11 months.

• The terms and conditions of appointment will be sent to selected candidates in an Offer Letter. If a candidate does not accept them within the stipulated time, the offer will be treated as withdrawn.
• Selected candidates may be deployed at any TSU campus and/or programme, training or field locations across Gujarat as required. Deployment may change depending on programme requirements.
• Selected candidates may be required to undergo orientation/training and assessments as prescribed by the University.
• No person will be recruited unless medically fit for efficient performance of the duties of the post. A medical fitness certificate may be required as prescribed by the University.

TSU Executive in the Project Management Unit Job Description

PMU Executives will mainly support project implementation. They may also be given training, administrative, coordination and other programme-related responsibilities as the University requires. The key responsibilities printed in the notice are:

• Coordinate and administer training batches, venues, schedules, participant communication, registration and attendance.
• Coordinate with DCCBs, cooperative institutions, resource persons, state/district authorities and other stakeholders.
• Maintain participant records, programme documentation, correspondence, MIS and progress reports.
• Provide logistical and operational support for delivery of training programmes, including monitoring, feedback collection and follow-up.
• Support preparation/adaptation of training material and district-specific contextual inputs, where assigned.
• Deliver or facilitate training sessions, participant exercises, case discussions, action planning and other learning activities, where assigned.
• Undertake administrative, coordination, reporting and other programme-related responsibilities in addition to training duties, as assigned by the University.
• Undertake any other programme-related responsibility within the scope of the assignment and as required by the University.

Selection and Interview

Selection will be based on the candidate’s overall record and performance in the selection process/interview.

• Shortlisting: TSU may conduct a screening test to shortlist candidates, as required. It may also limit the number of candidates called for interview/screening to a reasonable number decided by the duly constituted committee.
• Call letters: Call letters for screening/interview will be sent to shortlisted candidates by email. Check your registered email, including the Spam/Junk folders, and the TSU website (www.tsu.ac.in) regularly for updates.
• Interview: Interviews will ordinarily be held in physical mode, unless the University decides otherwise.
• Travel: TSU will not pay TA/DA for attending the interview, written test, screening test or document verification.
• There will be no correspondence with candidates who are not shortlisted for the next stage.
