Nationality

THDC Qualification Required

Experience

• Senior Manager (Finance / HR): Post qualification Executive experience of 13 years in Executive/Officer cadre, out of which at least 2 years in the immediate lower grade / scale IDA: 80,000 – 3% – 2,20,000 Equivalent level (private sector): Rs. 20 lacs p.a CTC. Minimum 13 years of post-qualification experience in Executive/ Officer cadre in the area of Accounts/ Finance/ Internal Audit (for Finance) or Human Resource and Industrial Relation (for HR) preferably in Public Sector Organizations/ Central Government/ State Government/ Large Private Sector organization of repute.
• Deputy General Manager (Finance / HR): Post qualification Executive experience of 17 years in Executive/Officer cadre, out of which at least 2 years in the immediate lower grade / scale IDA: 90,000 – 3% – 2,40,000 Equivalent level (private sector): Rs. 23 lacs p.a CTC. Minimum 17 years of post-qualification experience in Executive/ Officer cadre in the area of Accounts/ Finance/ Internal Audit (for Finance) or Human Resource and Industrial Relation (for HR) preferably in Public Sector Organizations/ Central Government/ State Government/ Large Private Sector organization of repute.
• Additional General Manager (Finance / HR): Post qualification Executive experience of 21 years in Executive/Officer cadre, out of which at least 2 years in the immediate lower grade / scale IDA: 1,00,000 – 3% – 2,60,000 Equivalent level (private sector): Rs. 26 lacs p.a CTC. Minimum 21 years of post-qualification experience in Executive/ Officer cadre in the area of Accounts/ Finance/ Internal Audit (for Finance) or Human Resource and Industrial Relation (for HR) preferably in Public Sector Organizations/ Central Government/ State Government/ Large Private Sector organization of repute.

THDC Age Limit

The cut off date for upper age and experience is the opening date of application (07.10.2026).

Age Relaxation

The maximum upper age limit after availing relaxation shall not exceed 58 years.

THDC Salary

Protection of Basic Pay in the case of PSU and Govt. Employees is applicable as per DPE Guidelines issued from time to time. The Compensation Package includes Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, Perquisites and Allowance @ 35% of basic pay as per cafeteria, Performance Related Pay, Company Leased Accommodation / Company Quarters or HRA, reimbursement of monthly conveyance expenditure, mobile instrument facility, communication charges reimbursement, short- and long-term Loans & Advances including House Building Advance, Car Loan, Computer/ Laptop Loan, Medical facilities, Group Insurance, PF, Gratuity, Pension, and Post-Retirement Medical Benefits.

The application fee is payable online through SBIePay. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

THDC Selection Process

The marks obtained in Personal Interview will be taken as a basis for drawing final merit and empanelling the candidates for selection.

• No candidate securing overall less than 50% marks will be empanelled.
• Empanelment will be made in order of merit.

2. Fill in your Basic Information and enter your name as mentioned in your Xth Marksheet certificate.
3. Complete the fields for State Domicile, Category, Religion, Academics, Professional Qualification, Languages Known, and Address details.
4. Fill in your experience details with proper mention of the period of service.
5. Upload all required scanned documents in the specified formats and sizes.
6. For General, OBC(NCL), and EWS candidates, click on ‘Make Payment’ to pay the registration fee of Rs. 600/- via SBIePay, check auto-fetched payment details, and click Submit.
7. For ST/SC/PwBDs / Ex-Servicemen / Doob Kshetra / Departmental Candidates, directly click on the Submit button for Final Submission as no fee is required.
8. Take a print out of the completed application form and keep it safely for future reference. Do not send printouts by post.

• Candidates working in Govt./PSU must forward applications through proper channel or produce a “No Objection Certificate” at the time of Personal Interview.
• Candidates employed with Government Departments, PSUs, or Autonomous Bodies must submit a relieving letter from their current organization at the time of joining.
• Private sector candidates must mandatorily submit Form 16 for FY 24-25 and FY 25-26 along with a CTC certificate in the prescribed format (Annexure A).
• Candidates must bring a valid photo ID to the interview; photocopies are not acceptable.
