SSB HC Ministerial Skill Test (Typing Test) 2026

The Skill Test (Typing Test) is the next stage. According to the notice, SSB will shortlist or call candidates for this stage only up to 15 times the number of vacancies in each category, as per the instructions in the recruitment advertisement.

What “15 Times the Vacancies” Means

The shortlisting is done category-wise. As a purely illustrative example, if a category had 10 vacancies, up to 150 candidates in that category could be called for the Skill Test. This is only an example of the arithmetic and does not show the actual vacancy numbers.

SSB HC Ministerial Selection Process 2026

The recruitment follows these stages in order:

1. Written Examination (CBT) – completed, marks released
2. Skill Test (Typing Test)
3. Documentation
4. Physical Standard Test (PST)
5. Detailed Medical Examination (DME)
6. Final Merit List
7. Provisional Selection
