यह भर्ती 11 अस्थायी और संविदात्मक पदों के लिए है, जिनमें प्रशिक्षण सहयोगी, कनिष्ठ सहायक, महिला चिकित्सा अधिकारी और सलाहकार शामिल हैं। आवेदन करने वाले भारतीय नागरिकों को पद के अनुसार योग्यता और अनुभव पूरा करना होगा। इंटरव्यू अलग-अलग तिथियों पर चंडीगढ़ और तामिलनाडु के स्थलों पर होगा। वेतन पद के अनुसार अलग-अलग है और नियुक्ति अस्थायी है।

The walk-in interview for RGNIYD Recruitment 2026 will be held on 17 November 2026 at RGNIYD Regional Centre, Chandigarh, Sector 12, Chandigarh – 160 012, and on 26 November and 27 November 2026 at RGNIYD Headquarters, Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development, Bangalore to Chennai Highway, Sriperumbudur – 602 105, Kancheepuram District, Tamil Nadu, with registration and certificate verification scheduled between 08.30 AM and 09.30 AM. Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development, an Institution of National Importance under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, has invited eligible Indian nationals for 11 posts of Training Associate, Junior Assistant, Part Time Medical Officer (Female), and Consultant (Finance and Administration) on a purely temporary and contractual basis with remuneration ranging up to Rs. 40,000/- per month, per-visit honorarium, or last pay drawn minus pension.

इंटरव्यू के दिन पंजीकरण और दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन सुबह 8:30 से 9:30 बजे के बीच होगा, उसके बाद साक्षात्कार 10:30 बजे से शुरू होगा। आवेदन के लिए पात्रता योग्यता, अनुभव और आयु सीमा पूरी करनी आवश्यक है। वेतन पद के अनुसार अलग-अलग है और यह संविदात्मक नियुक्ति है।

Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD), Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu, is an Institution of National Importance established by the Act of Parliament No. 35/2012 under the Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India.

Posts and Eligibility

प्रत्येक पद के लिए आवश्यक शैक्षिक योग्यता अलग-अलग है, जैसे प्रशिक्षण सहयोगी के लिए सामाजिक विज्ञान में स्नातकोत्तर, कनिष्ठ सहायक के लिए किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से स्नातक डिग्री। चिकित्सा अधिकारी के लिए एमबीबीएस और डीजीओ अनिवार्य है। सलाहकार पद के लिए किसी भी विषय में स्नातक। वेतन भी पद के अनुसार भिन्न है।

Training Associate (On Contract)

• Number of Posts: 05 (five); Sriperumbudur – 03; RC Chandigarh – 02.
• Remuneration: Rs. 40,000/- per month.
• Age Limit: The applicant should not be more than 45 years of age as on the last date of submission of the application form.
• Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences with a minimum of 55% marks. Preference will be given to candidates with a specialization in Youth Development.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Training or Teaching in reputed Institutions or Organisations.
• Walk-in Interview Schedule: 17 November 2026 for RC Chandigarh; 27 November 2026 for Headquarters Sriperumbudur.

प्रशिक्षण सहयोगी पद के लिए अधिकतम आयु 45 वर्ष है और सामाजिक विज्ञान में कम से कम 55% अंकों के साथ स्नातकोत्तर डिग्री अनिवार्य है। युवाओं के विकास में विशेषज्ञता वाले आवेदकों को प्राथमिकता मिलेगी। कम से कम 2 साल का प्रशिक्षण या शिक्षण अनुभव आवश्यक है। इंटरव्यू चंडीगढ़ और श्रीपेरुमबुदुर में अलग-अलग तिथियों पर होगा।

Junior Assistant (On Contract)

• Number of Posts: 04 (Four) Posts under Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with CAES.
• Remuneration: Rs. 35,000/- per month.
• Age Limit: The applicant should not be more than 35 years of age as on the last date of submission of the application form.
• Educational Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University, Institute, or College with a minimum of 55% marks.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Administration, Academic, or Examination Sections in Central Government Educational Institutions or Central Universities; hands-on experience with the e-Office system; proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel; working knowledge of Central Government rules and regulations (CCS/CCA), UGC norms, and related administrative procedures.
• Nature and Tenure of Engagement: Strictly temporary in nature and subject to the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) executed with CAES. The tenure is tied directly to the duration of the said MoA and shall automatically stand terminated upon the expiry, revocation, or premature termination of the MoA, whichever is earlier. It does not confer any right, claim, or entitlement whatsoever to permanent appointment, absorption, or continuation of service beyond the validity period of the MoA.
• Walk-in Interview Schedule: 26 November 2026 at RGNIYD Headquarters Sriperumbudur.

कनिष्ठ सहायक के लिए अधिकतम आयु 35 वर्ष है और किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से स्नातक डिग्री जरूरी है। एक वर्ष का प्रशासनिक या अकादमिक अनुभव अनिवार्य है, साथ ही ई-ऑफिस सिस्टम और MS ऑफिस में दक्षता आवश्यक है। यह पद पूरी तरह अस्थायी है और MoA की अवधि तक सीमित है। इंटरव्यू श्रीपेरुमबुदुर में 26 नवंबर 2026 को होगा।

Part Time Medical Officer (Female)

• Number of Posts: Female – 01 Post.
• Place of Posting: Sriperumbudur.
• Age Limit: Age as on 23rd March 2023 not exceeding 55 years.
• Educational Qualification: MBBS, DGO (Medical Council of India recognized).
• Desirable Qualification: Doctor of Medicine (MD) / Master of Surgery (MS).
• Experience: Minimum 02 years after completion of the required qualification.
• Consolidated Salary: Female Doctor (MBBS): Rs. 4,000/- per visit; Female Doctor (MD/MS): Rs. 5,000/- per visit. Additional Rs. 500/- as conveyance allowance per visit if the doctor’s residence is situated within 5 KMS of the institute, and Rs. 1,000/- will be paid beyond 5 KMS.
• Period of Appointment: 11 Months.
• Visiting Schedule and Conditions: Visiting days are Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday between 04.00 PM and 06.00 PM.
• Walk-in Interview Schedule: 27 November 2026 at RGNIYD Headquarters Sriperumbudur.

महिला चिकित्सा अधिकारी के लिए अधिकतम आयु 55 वर्ष है, और एमबीबीएस व डीजीओ प्रमाणित होना जरूरी है। MD/MS योग्यताधारियों को प्रति विजिट अधिक वेतन मिलेगा। नियुक्ति 11 महीने के लिए है और विजिट के दिन मंगलवार, गुरुवार व शनिवार दोपहर 4 से 6 बजे तक होंगे। इंटरव्यू श्रीपेरुमबुदुर में 27 नवंबर को होगा।

Consultant (Finance and Administration)

• Number of Posts: 01 (One).
• Place of Posting: Regional Centre Chandigarh.
• Age Limit: Age as on 12th August 2025 not exceeding 64 years.
• Educational Qualification: Minimum a Graduate in any discipline.
• Desirable Qualification: Conversant with working knowledge in computer.
• Experience: Should have retired in minimum Pay Level 10 / 09 / 08 (Grade Pay 5400 / 4800 as per 6th CPC) from Government of India Institute, University, State University, or Departments of State and Central Government with experience in General Administration, Finance and Accounts, Legal Matters, Establishment, etc.
• Consolidated Salary: Equivalent to last pay drawn minus pension.
• Period of Appointment: 11 Months.
• Walk-in Interview Schedule: 17 November 2026 at Regional Centre Chandigarh.

सलाहकार (वित्त और प्रशासन) पद के लिए अधिकतम आयु 64 वर्ष है और किसी भी विषय में स्नातक होना चाहिए। कंप्यूटर में कार्य ज्ञान व सरकारी संस्थान से सेवानिवृत्त होना आवश्यक है। वेतन अंतिम वेतन में से पेंशन घटाकर दिया जाएगा। नियुक्ति 11 महीने के लिए है और इंटरव्यू चंडीगढ़ में 17 नवंबर को होगा।

Training Associate (On Contract)

• Proficiency in working with e-Office systems and standard computer applications.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Working knowledge of English and Hindi (reading, writing, and speaking), along with proficiency in any other language.
• Familiarity with local and regional languages.
• Willingness to serve at Regional Centres as required.
• Readiness to travel to various centres across the country.
• Ability to conduct training programmes at national level.
• Experience in preparing training proposals, including budgeting.
• Competence in drafting comprehensive training reports.

प्रशिक्षण सहयोगी के लिए कंप्यूटर में दक्षता, अंग्रेजी व हिंदी सहित भाषाओं का अच्छा ज्ञान, क्षेत्रीय भाषाओं की समझ, यात्रा करने की इच्छा और राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित करने का अनुभव जरूरी है।

Consultant (Finance and Administration)

• To look after General Administration, Finance and Accounts, Legal Matters, Establishment, etc.

सलाहकार का काम सामान्य प्रशासन, वित्त, लेखा, कानूनी मामलों और संस्थागत कार्यों का प्रबंधन करना होगा।

What to Bring

Candidates must bring the following documents to the walk-in interview venue:

• Duly filled prescribed application form downloaded from the Institute’s official website.
• Recent passport-size photographs (2 nos).
• Original certificates and testimonials for verification.
• One set of self-attested photocopies of all certificates and testimonials.
• Proof of date of birth.
• Proof of educational qualifications and marks/grades.
• Experience certificates clearly indicating the duration and nature of experience.
• Category certificate, wherever applicable.
• Valid Government-issued photo identity proof.
• Any other document supporting the qualifications, experience, or additional credentials claimed in the application form.

साक्षात्कार के लिए उम्मीदवारों को आवेदन पत्र, दो पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो, सभी मूल प्रमाण पत्र, एक सेट स्व-हस्ताक्षरित फोटोकॉपी, आयु प्रमाण, योग्यता के दस्तावेज, अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र, वर्ग प्रमाण पत्र (यदि लागू हो), और वैध सरकारी पहचान पत्र साथ लाना ज़रूरी है।

What Happens on the Day

• Candidates must report at the respective venue within the specified reporting time. Registration and certificate verification take place between 08.30 AM and 09.30 AM. Registration may close after the prescribed reporting time.
• Candidates attending the walk-in interview must undergo certificate and document verification and interview as per the procedure prescribed by the Institute.
• At the time of certificate verification, the eligibility and suitability of candidates will be scrutinized. Candidates found ineligible or not meeting the prescribed requirements will be summarily rejected and will not be permitted to appear for the walk-in interview.
• The interview session begins at 10.30 AM onwards.
• The Institute reserves the right to adopt such screening or shortlisting procedure as may be considered appropriate depending upon the number of candidates appearing for the walk-in interview.
• Mere attendance at the walk-in interview or fulfilment of the minimum eligibility criteria does not confer any right to selection.

Important Instructions

• The engagement to all posts is purely temporary and contractual in nature and does not confer any right or claim for regular or permanent employment, absorption, or continuation of service in RGNIYD.
• The contractual engagement shall initially be for 11 months (or tied to the CAES MoA duration for Junior Assistant), which may be extended further subject to satisfactory performance and institutional requirements at the discretion of the Competent Authority.
• Candidates must satisfy the prescribed educational qualifications, experience, and age criteria; applications without the prescribed documents may be rejected.
• The candidate must be a citizen of India.
• Only applications submitted in the prescribed format downloaded from the Institute’s official website will be accepted.
• The number of vacancies is tentative and may be increased or decreased depending upon institutional requirements.
• RGNIYD reserves the right not to fill any or all of the advertised positions without assigning any reason.
• No TA/DA will be paid by the Institute for attending the walk-in interview.
• No accommodation will be provided by the Institute to candidates attending the walk-in interview.
• Requests for online interviews or change of venue will not be entertained.
• Candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, PwD, Women, and Minority communities are encouraged to attend the walk-in interview.
• Selected contractual employees shall not undertake any form of secondary employment, engagement, or assignment, including online employment or other paid activities, without prior approval of the Institute.
• Any misrepresentation or submission of false information or documents will lead to cancellation of candidature or termination of engagement.
• Canvassing in any form or bringing political or other influence will lead to disqualification.
• The decision of the Screening Committee / Selection Committee and Competent Authority shall be final.
• All subsequent updates, amendments, and corrigenda, if any, will be published on the official RGNIYD website (www.rgniyd.gov.in) only.
• Any dispute regarding the selection process will be subject to courts having jurisdiction over Chennai.
