The Rajiv Gandhi National Aviation University (RGNAU) was established by an Act of Parliament called the “Rajiv Gandhi National Aviation University (RGNAU) Act, 2013” (No. 26 of 2013) having its headquarters at Fursatganj, Dist. Amethi, Uttar Pradesh. The university has been envisaged as the premier institution of higher learning within the aviation milieu aimed at providing cutting edge and critical research to enhance the aviation industry in India.

Who Can Apply

Candidates must fulfil the essential qualifications, experience, and age limit prescribed by the university.

Essential Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design / Visual Communication / Fine Arts / Mass Communication / Multimedia OR Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline OR equivalent from a recognized University / Institution.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva etc.
• Strong writing and content development skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or regional language desirable).

Essential Experience

• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in graphic designing and content development.
• Experience in digital media, social media management, website content, or publication design is desirable.

Age Limit

The upper age limit for applicants is 35 years.

Pay and Tenure

The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration between Rs. 50,000 and Rs. 60,000 per month based on experience. The engagement is purely on contractual basis, initially for a period of one year, which may be extended maximum upto 3 years on yearly renewal basis subject to evaluation of performance and requirement. No DA, HRA, PF, Pension, Insurance, Gratuity, Seniority, Promotion, LTC, Medical claim, Education allowances etc. are admissible for contractual engagement under the University. Subject to availability, the engaged person may be given suitable accommodation in university campus as per allotment rules of RGNAU, as amended from time to time, on payment of prescribed license fee / rent.

Selection and Interview

The selection committee may decide its own method of screening/shortlisting and evaluating the performance of the candidates in written test/trade test/interview. Call Letters and other correspondence for attending the written/trade tests/interview, etc., shall be sent to the eligible candidates by email only and web notification in this regard shall be displayed on the University website. Candidates shall have to produce original certificates relating to his age, qualifications, experience, caste, etc., at the time of appearing in written test/trade test/Interview.

• Engagement to the positions will be purely on contract basis. Persons engaged will not have any right to be absorbed in any permanent position in the University nor will they be conferred any seniority in any grade of the University.

• Experience, age and qualifications will be reckoned as on the closing date of submission of application form.
• Incomplete application will be out-rightly rejected.
• Candidates must ensure they meet eligibility criteria; suppression of factual information, supply of fake documents, providing false or misleading information or canvassing in any manner shall lead to disqualification.
• The University reserves the right to fill or not to fill any or all the positions advertised for any reasons whatsoever, to increase or decrease the number of positions, or to withdraw the advertisement, either partly or wholly.
