Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Sugar Engineering/Sugar Technology
• Experience: Total 5 years of experience in the relevant field
• Age limit: Maximum 45 years (as on last date of receipt of application)

• The appointment is purely on a contract basis without any right to regular appointment.
• Consolidated remuneration includes applicable taxes with no other allowances.

Pay and Terms of Engagement

Negotiable based on previous/current pay.

• Initially engaged for a period of 3 years, extendable by 1 year up to a maximum of 4 years for specific projects.
• Continuation is subject to satisfactory annual performance review based on Key Performance Indicators.
• Can be terminated at any time by giving one month notice or one month’s remuneration in lieu thereof.
