National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC) has announced 1 vacancy for the Financial Advisor post on a contractual basis, with the completed offline application to be sent by registered post, courier, or by hand to Director (P&A), National Cooperative Development Corporation on or before the last date of 15 November 2026. Applicants must hold a Chartered Accountant or Cost and Management Accountant qualification with 18 years experience in finance, recovery, accounts, costing, taxation, risk assessment, audit, resource management, project evaluation, financing, and monitoring. The notified pay is CTC based as per market standards, with no upper limit for deserving candidates, decided on previous or current CTC. The selection process comprises shortlisting followed by a written test, skill test, or interview.

Posts, Eligibility and Pay

Educational Qualification

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA).

Experience

• 18 years of experience in finance, recovery, accounts, costing, taxation, risk assessment, audit, resource management, project evaluation, financing, monitoring, and related functions.
• At least 5 years of experience must be at Level-13 of the Pay Matrix (according to the 7th CPC) or an equivalent post.
• Candidates currently working in the private sector must have a CTC comparable to the designated pay scale of candidates working in government or public sector undertakings (PSUs).

Selection Process

Selection comprises shortlisting followed by skill test, written test, oral test, or interview. If applications are high, NCDC may shortlist candidates based on desirable qualifications/experience, higher educational qualifications, relevant experience beyond minimum requirements, calculation of pre/post-qualification experience, or by conducting a recruitment test. Normally, final merit determination carries a 75:25 ratio between recruitment test marks and interview marks.
