Selection Process

• Step 1 - Application Screening: Screening Committee applications review करती है। Minimum qualification होना जरूरी, लेकिन interview call के लिए काफी नहीं।
• Step 2 - Job Talk (Round 1): Selected candidates को in-person job talk के लिए बुलाया जाता है। Overseas candidates के लिए video-conference की सुविधा है।
• Step 3 - Final Interview (Round 2): Job talk के आधार पर shortlisted candidates का final in-person interview होगा। Video-conference केवल विदेश में रहने वालों के लिए।
• Travel Reimbursement: भारत में interview के लिए आने वाले candidates को train fare reimbursed किया जाएगा।
• Step 4 - Appointment: Initial appointment 5 साल के लिए होता है (1 साल probation सहित), बाद में superannuation 62 वर्ष या 65 तक extension संभव।
