Pay and Tenure

The position offers a consolidated fellowship of Rs. 37,000/- p.m. (for first two years) and Rs. 42,000/- p.m. (for third year). Remuneration is taxable as per the norms. The appointment is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project, and initially valid for 1 year only and the contract can be extended based on satisfactory performance until the completion of the project. The project Manpower will not be entitled to any allowances such as Bonus, Gratuity, LTC, DA, CCA etc., and the Project Manpower will be entitled for leaves as per the project guidelines and no encashment of leave shall be applicable.

Selection and Interview

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The interview will be conducted in Online mode at IIT Indore, and details of the interview with Google Meet link will be communicated to the shortlisted candidates. Candidates must bring their updated CV include details of academic grades starting from the 10th standard onwards, original certificates, self- attested copies of all supporting documents, and a recent passport- size photograph at the time of interview.
