Age Limit
Not exceeding 45 years as on the date of interview. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC and all others as per Central Government Rules, but no age relaxation will be available to SC/ST/OBC candidates applying for unreserved vacancies.

- PG Degree/ Diploma Certificate
- MCI/SMC Registration Certificate with MD/MS/DNB qualification
- No Objection Certificate from present employer, if applicable (No candidate will be allowed to appear in the interview without NOC from his employer; also applicable for Doctors under Bond)
- Experience Certificate, if applicable

What Happens on the Day
Candidates must report at the interview venue between 10:00 am and 11:00 am for document verification. Candidates whose documents are verified only will be allowed to attend the walk-in interview. The selection is subject to the candidates proving their medical fitness, and in case of selection, the offer of appointment will be issued as per requirement.
साक्षात्कार के दिन उम्मीदवारों को दस्तावेज सत्यापन के लिए सुबह 10 से 11 बजे के बीच पहुंचना होगा, केवल सत्यापित दस्तावेज वाले उम्मीदवारों को ही इंटरव्यू में शामिल होने दिया जाएगा। चयन के बाद मेडिकल फिटनेस भी देखी जाएगी।
Important Instructions
- All applicants are requested to fill the application form and send the same along with MCI/ SMC Number and Contact number via email to [email protected].
- The selected candidates will have to furnish a DD/Bankers Cheque for an amount of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) drawn in favor of “ESI Fund Account No. 1” payable at Tinsukia, towards security deposit.
- In case a candidate who is selected resigns/terminates his/her contract within 09 months of commencement of the contract with or without prior notice, the amount of Rs. 30,000/- deposited as security money will be forfeited.
- The recruitments will be purely on contractual basis and selected candidates will have no claim for regularization of the service in the hospital.
- Private practices of any kind will not be allowed.
- ESI Corporation may increase or decrease or cancel filling up of any or all the post without assigning any reasons at the discretion of the Appointing Authority.
- No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for appearing in the interview.
- The decision of the Selection Board will be final on all aspects of selection and no further correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances.
- This advertisement supersedes all earlier advertisements on recruitment of SR against GDMO by this hospital.
