Applications must include revised attestation forms in triplicate, a certificate of voluntary suspension of practice (for non-practicing advocates), proof of retirement/experience/educational qualifications, and a duly stamped self-addressed postal cover (for registered post).
Candidates who are practicing advocates, members of any State or Local Authority, members of the State Legislature or Parliament, persons dismissed or compulsorily retired for misconduct from government service, persons convicted or facing pending charges for moral turpitude, persons of unsound mind, insolvents, and contractors or businessmen with subsisting government contracts are disqualified.
Working schedule: Special Judicial Magistrate of Second Class Courts operate Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM, as per High Court Circular ROC.No.802/SO/97 dated 29.01.1998.
