Selection will be based on the screening of eligible candidates by a Screening Committee, which will be conducted based on prescribed marks for two items: APAR of last 03 years and Educational/Professional Qualifications.

Marks of APAR – Maximum Marks: 15

• Outstanding – 05 Marks
• Very good – 04 Marks
• Good – 03 Marks
• Average – 02 Marks
• Below average – 01 Marks

Marks of Educational Qualification – Maximum Marks: 05

• Degree (B. Tech or Equivalent) – 05 Marks
• Diploma/B. Sc. or Equivalent – 03 Marks

चयन में पिछले तीन वर्षों के APAR के ग्रेड और शैक्षिक योग्यताओं को अंक दिए जाएंगे, जिनका कुल भार 20 अंक है। बेहतर APAR और उच्च शिक्षा वाले उम्मीदवारों को चयन में अधिक प्राथमिकता मिलेगी।

• Advance copies of applications will not be accepted.
• Selected candidate will be posted in the concerned department for 04 years on tenure basis which can be extended/curtailed as per administrative requirements.
• Vacancy position may be changed at the discretion of the office.
• The selected candidates are liable to be posted anywhere in India as per administrative requirements.
• The post is ex-cadre and the incumbent will be eligible for further promotion in their parent cadre only.
• In future, inspection work may be carried out by other agencies.
• Candidates applying against the post of SSE/Inspection posts are intimated that their selection/posting will be subject to the availability of Inspection posts.
• Experience in ex-cadre posts and pay level granted due to MACP will not be considered.
