यह भर्ती CSIR-NML में अस्थायी परियोजना स्टाफ के लिए है, जिसमें कुल 48 पद 32 परियोजनाओं के लिए हैं। चयन वॉक-इन इंटरव्यू के माध्यम से होगा और उम्मीदवारों को स्वयं निर्धारित तिथि पर उपस्थित होना होगा। पदों का स्तर और उम्र सीमा पद के अनुसार भिन्न है।

Walk-in Interview Schedule (Group-wise)

इंटरव्यू तिथियाँ समूहों के अनुसार अलग-अलग हैं और उम्मीदवारों को अपनी परियोजना के समूह के अनुसार सही तिथि और समय पर पहुंचना होगा। उम्र सीमा और योग्यता की गणना उस समूह के इंटरव्यू की तिथि के आधार पर होगी।

हर पद के लिए आवश्यक योग्यता अलग-अलग है, जैसे डिप्लोमा, बी.टेक, एम.एससी, या पीएच.डी. कुछ पदों पर NET/GATE क्वालिफिकेशन भी जरूरी है। उम्मीदवारों को अपनी योग्यता और अनुभव के अनुसार सही पद चुनना चाहिए और पूरी अधिसूचना में पद की विस्तृत योग्यता जरूर देखनी चाहिए।

Upper Age Limit & Emoluments (as on date of interview)

पदों के अनुसार वेतन ₹18,000 से ₹77,000 तक है और उम्र सीमा 28 से 50 वर्ष तक भिन्न है। आरक्षित वर्गों को उम्र में 3 से 5 वर्षों की छूट भी मिलेगी। उम्र और योग्यता की गणना इंटरव्यू की तारीख के अनुसार की जाएगी।

Selection Process

• Selection is through a Walk-in Interview/Test — there is no separate written examination stage unless invoked below.
• If the number of candidates turning up for a project is very high, a screening committee may shortlist candidates via a written test or other criteria, and only shortlisted candidates will then be interviewed.
• Candidates must bring the filled application form, original certificates, and self-attested photocopies on the day of the walk-in itself — no other mode of application is accepted.
• Final selection is at the discretion of the competent authority, CSIR-NML; the decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained.
• Engagement is subject to availability of project funds and is not a regular CSIR appointment.

चयन प्रक्रिया मुख्य रूप से वॉक-इन इंटरव्यू पर आधारित है, लेकिन ज्यादा उम्मीदवार आने पर लिखित परीक्षा भी हो सकती है। उम्मीदवारों को इंटरव्यू के दिन ही पूरी दस्तावेज़ी और आवेदन फार्म लेकर आना होगा, अन्य आवेदन स्वीकार नहीं किए जाएंगे। अंतिम निर्णय CSIR-NML के अधिकारी का होगा।

How to Attend the Walk-in Interview

1. Download and fill the Project Staff Application Form (Advt. No. T/PS/04/2026) in the prescribed proforma — a separate form is required for each Group/Project applied for.
2. Affix a recent self-attested colour passport-size photograph on the form.
3. Attach self-attested photocopies of all educational, experience, age-proof and category certificates as applicable.
4. Report to CSIR-NML, Burmamines, Jamshedpur-831007 (Jharkhand) between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM on the date corresponding to your project’s Group (see schedule above).
5. Carry all original certificates/documents for verification along with the filled application and self-attested copies.
6. Appear for the interview/test as conducted on the day.

इंटरव्यू के लिए उम्मीदवारों को आवेदन फॉर्म डाउनलोड कर भरना होगा, फोटो लगानी होगी और सभी जरूरी प्रमाणपत्रों की सेल्फ अटेस्टेड कॉपियां साथ लानी होंगी। वॉक-इन इंटरव्यू के दौरान कोई TA/DA नहीं मिलेगा और अंतिम सेमेस्टर के छात्र बिना रिजल्ट के आवेदन नहीं कर सकते।

• Filled-in Project Staff Application Form with affixed colour photograph
• SSC/SSLC/10th certificate (for name & date of birth proof)
• 10+2, Diploma/ITI, Graduation, Post-Graduation, Ph.D. certificates & mark sheets (as applicable to the post)
• CSIR-UGC NET/GATE certificate, where applicable (for PAT-I/PAT-II/JRF posts)
• Experience certificates/relieving letters, where required
• Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD), where applicable
• Aadhaar Card and PAN Card
• Proof of joining OM, if presently working as Project Staff in CSIR-NML/other CSIR Lab

आवेदन के लिए उम्मीदवारों को सभी शैक्षणिक और अनुभव से संबंधित प्रमाणपत्र, पहचान पत्र, आयु प्रमाण और श्रेणी प्रमाणपत्र लेकर आना होगा। NET/GATE योग्यताधारी उम्मीदवारों को संबंधित प्रमाणपत्र भी साथ लाना आवश्यक है।

Important Terms & Conditions

• Engagement confers no right to continuation, absorption, or regularization in CSIR/CSIR-NML; it can be terminated with one month’s notice (or one month’s stipend in lieu) from either side.
• Candidates already engaged as Project Staff in CSIR-NML or any other CSIR Lab/Institute for 6 years or more are not eligible. Those engaged for less than 6 years will have their tenure automatically end on completion of 6 years.
• Hindi may be used as the medium of conversation during the interview.
• Providing false information may result in a ban from future CSIR-NML recruitment/engagement, which may also be shared with other CSIR labs and government agencies.
• The number and level of positions may increase, decrease, or be cancelled at any stage, even after the selection process concludes.
• CSIR-NML reserves the right to cancel or withdraw an offer of engagement in case of any discrepancy found at any stage.

यह भर्ती अस्थायी है और इससे स्थायी नौकरी का अधिकार नहीं मिलता। छह साल से अधिक समय तक किसी भी CSIR प्रयोगशाला में कार्यरत उम्मीदवार आवेदन के योग्य नहीं हैं। इंटरव्यू में हिंदी भाषा का उपयोग किया जा सकता है और गलत जानकारी देने पर भविष्य की भर्ती में रोक लग सकती है। महिलाओं को आवेदन के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया गया है।
