Documents Required for Verification

Provisionally shortlisted candidates must mandatorily upload the following documents by logging into www.apssb.nic.in using their credentials:

1. Recent passport-size photograph
2. Matriculation certificate issued by the Board/University, as proof of date of birth
3. Graduation certificate issued by the Assistant Registrar / Controller of Examination / Vice Chancellor of the concerned University
4. Graduation mark sheet issued by the Assistant Registrar / Controller of Examination / Vice Chancellor of the concerned University
5. Diploma in Stenography from a recognized institution (applicable only for Post Code 12/26 – Personal Assistant, Stenographer Gr-III)
6. Certificate of 6 months’ Diploma in Computer Application from a Board/Institution recognized by the Arunachal Pradesh Council for Technical Education / AICTE (applicable only for Post Code 14/26 – Upper Division Clerk)
7. APST Certificate (if applicable)
8. Permanent Resident Certificate (if applicable)
9. Intimation letter to Head of Department, for candidates already in regular government service
10. PwD certificate, in case of a vacancy claimed under the PwD quota
11. Admit Card and printout of the online application form
12. Any other document, as may be relevant

Important Instructions for Shortlisted Candidates

• Failure to upload the required documents within the given window shall result in rejection of candidature and non-allotment of post.
• The candidature of all shortlisted candidates is provisional and subject to eligibility verification as per the Advertisement and Recruitment Rules.
• Final appointment depends on the candidate’s name appearing in the final select list, which will be prepared only after document verification.
• Candidates must also fulfil all eligibility criteria mentioned in Advertisement No. 03/2026 dated 09.03.2026, including possession of the requisite documents; failure to do so may result in summary rejection of candidature at any stage.

Understanding the Selection Process and Document Verification Timeline

यह अनुभाग अभ्यर्थियों को चयन प्रक्रिया की संरचना और दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन के समय-सारणी को समझने में मदद करता है। CGLE 2026 के लिए लिखित परीक्षा के बाद, जो 30.08.2026 को हुई थी, उम्मीदवारों की प्रोविजनल शॉर्टलिस्ट जारी की गई है, जो केवल रोल नंबर के क्रम में है, मेरिट के अनुसार नहीं।

दस्तावेज़ अपलोड करने की विंडो 08.09.2026 को दोपहर 3 बजे से शुरू होकर 14.09.2026 को दोपहर 3 बजे बंद होगी। इस दौरान सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेज़ों को उम्मीदवारों को APSSB के आधिकारिक पोर्टल पर अपने क्रेडेंशियल्स के साथ अपलोड करना होगा।
