Eligibility
Candidates must have passed a 3-year or 5-year LLB degree from a BCI-recognized law college/university. Final-year LLB students (without backlogs) are also eligible as per current BCI rules.

Selection Process
Mode: Offline (Pen-and-paper) using OMR sheets.
Format: 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).

Qualifying Criteria: General/OBC candidates must score45%, and SC/ST/PwD candidates must score 40%
Selection Result: Upon qualifying, candidates are issued the Certificate of Practice (CoP).
