The Accreditation and Alumni Office of the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA), under “Tribhuvan” Sahkari University (an Institution of National Importance, Ministry of Cooperation, Government of India), is hiring a Consultant on an 11-month contract. • Coordinate regularly with accreditation agencies such as NAAC and NBA, to stay updated on requirements and changing guidelines.
• Coordinate with relevant departments at IRMA to collect the data required for reports and other documents for NAAC and other agencies.
• Submit the required data from IRMA for the annual business school rankings, to ensure improved performance of IRMA in these rankings.
• Maintain the books of accounts of the IRMA Alumni Association (IAA), finalize quarterly and annual accounts, and maintain records of IT Returns, Annual Financial Statements etc.
• Maintain all physical files of the Accreditation and Alumni Office, including IAA.
• Manage emails and local correspondence with alumni of IRMA and IAA.
• Maintain the agenda book, minutes book and General Body notices of IAA.
• Manage affiliation and external affairs matters. These include official records and documentation, communication and coordination with applicants and affiliated institutions, scrutiny and analysis of documents/data provided by them, coordination with TSU administration/schools, and any other related task assigned by the University.
