Who Can Apply

The notice prints the following essential qualification for the SRF (Senior Research Fellow) post:

• (i) Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science OR Graduate / Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course, with the candidate selected through any one of the following processes:
• (ii) a. Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests – CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and GATE; OR
• (ii) b. The selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MOE, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISC, IISER, NISER etc.
• (iii) Experience of at least 2 year in the field Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science OR Graduate / Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course. The Hindi version of the notice says this is at least 2 years of experience in the related field after obtaining that degree.
