- Junior Translation Officer (JTO): Master’s Degree in Hindi/English with English/Hindi as a main subject at degree level, or Master’s Degree in any subject with Hindi as medium and English as compulsory subject, or Bachelor’s Degree with Hindi and English plus diploma/certificate in translation or 2 years translation experience. Knowledge in word processing and use of Hindi software.
- Stenographer Grade II: Holding analogous posts on regular basis. 100 wpm in English Shorthand. 40 wpm in English typewriting. Knowledge in word processing.
