ICAR-Central Institute of Fisheries Education (ICAR-CIFE) has announced 2 contractual vacancies for Research Associate (RA) and Junior Research Fellow (JRF) posts for a period of three years. Vacancy Details

ICAR-CIFE has released 2 vacancies on a purely contractual and temporary basis under the DBT-funded research project.

Who Can Apply

Pay and Tenure

The positions are purely temporary, time-bound, and co-terminus with the DBT-funded scheme for a period of three years. Service conditions and tenure are governed by ICAR guidelines. The appointed personnel will have no legal right or claim to regular appointment, absorption, or further contractual engagement under ICAR.

The post-wise monthly emoluments are:

• Research Associate (RA): Rs. 61,000/- plus 30% HRA per month.
• Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Rs. 37,000/- fixed per month for the first and second year; Rs. 42,000/- fixed per month for the third year.
