Selection Process
Stage 1: Physical Efficiency Test (PET) - 40 marks for Constable (UB) Male & Female, 40 marks for Constable (AB) Female, 60 marks for Constable (AB) Male
Stage 2: Medical Examination - Applicants will be examined by Medical & Health Officer for mental and bodily health parameters
Stage 3: Physical Standard Test (PST) - Height and Chest measurement (No marks, qualifying in nature)
Stage 4: Written Test - 50 marks (100 MCQ questions, 0.5 marks each, no negative marking)
Stage 5: Oral/Viva-Voce - 5 marks
Academic Weightage: 5 marks (Only for Constable UB based on HS percentage)
Biometric verification will be conducted at entry, exit and during all stages of recruitment
Shortlisting for Written Test: 5 times the number of posts based on PET merit
Shortlisting for Viva-Voce: 2 times the number of vacancies based on PET + Written Test merit
