District Mission Management Unit (DMMU WBSRLM) has released recruitment notification 3289 / 111-93/DMMU/Birbhum for 28 Block Level Mentor vacancies on a contract basis in Birbhum. Candidates applying for the post must be a Graduate & above from a recognized University with Diploma & above in Computer Application, along with meeting the residency and voter registration conditions. Eligible applicants can apply through the prescribed offline process from 5 October 2026 to 30 October 2026 by submitting the application in the respective Block Office under Birbhum District (at NRLM Section) by hand on any working day between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The selection process comprises a Written Test (MCQ based), Computer Test, and Personal Interview.

Nationality & Residence

Must be a permanent resident of the block for which applied.

DMMU WBSRLM Qualification

इस पद के लिए स्नातक डिग्री के साथ कंप्यूटर एप्लीकेशन में डिप्लोमा जरूरी है, जो उम्मीदवारों की शैक्षणिक और तकनीकी योग्यता सुनिश्चित करता है।

Experience & Other Eligibility Conditions

• Ex-banker and empaneled BRP from public or private sector banks who have at least 5-7 years of relevant field experience in micro or small enterprise segment in rural areas.
• Empaneled block / district level trainers (DLTs/BLTs), Chartered Accountants, Cost Accountants, MBA, graduates who are conversant with functioning of banks for micro-enterprise loans.
• Active women SHG member for last 3 years in the same block from the date of issue of notice.
• The applicant must be valid/registered voter as per the current electoral roll.

Age limit of the applicant should be between 25 to 45 years as on 01.01.2026.

There is no application fee. No T.A / D.A will be paid for appearing in the Computer Practical Test and Walk in Interview.

DMMU WBSRLM Block Level Mentor Selection Process

The selection process consists of a Written Test, Computer Test, and Personal Interview.

Written Test (MCQ based)

Carries 60 Marks, covering General Knowledge, English & Math of Class X standard, Reasoning, Current Affairs, and NRLM Concept etc.

Computer Test

Carries 30 Marks, covering MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.

Personal Interview

Carries 10 Marks.

• Applications must be filled on the basis of fact which will have to substantiate with documentary evidence during selection, failing which candidature will be cancelled.
• No T.A / D.A will be paid for the tests and interview.
