तीन पद हैं जिनमें दो Project Associate-I (A) और (B) के लिए एक-एक पद तथा Project Assistant के लिए एक पद है, जो अलग-अलग योग्यता के अनुसार भरे जाएंगे।

C-MET Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Criteria

• Project Associate -I (A): First Class/60% marks in M.Sc. Chemistry/Material Science/Physics. Desirable: Experience in 2D materials and devices, CVD, Lithography techniques, Material characterization, Clean room facilities etc.
• Project Associate -I (B): BE/BTech in Electrical and Electronics/Electronics and Communication/Electronics & Instrumentation Engg. Desirable: Experience in device design and fabrication, MEMS facilities etc.
• Project Assistant: First Class/60% marks in Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engg OR B.Sc. in Physics/Chemistry

यदि उम्मीदवार के पास NET/GATE योग्यता होगी तो Project Associate पदों पर वेतन 37,000 रुपये प्रति माह होगा, अन्यथा 30,000 रुपये। Project Assistant पद पर वेतन 27,000 रुपये प्रति माह है।
